position:ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONJob Responsibilities:Taking care and doing all
administration related issues in the officeHandling incoming invoices, making
internal monthly closingWatching out for the documentation issues of shipments
enrouteParticipation in the warehouse stock control, inventory checks,
etc.Keeping in touch with the office maintenance contactsTaking care of the
office supply materials (e.g. printer paper, cartridges, etc.)Keeping in touch

Qualifications:At least secondary school educationAt least 3 years work
experience in administrative positionGood communication skillsGood command of MS
